Order Processing
Unframed art ships in 2-3 business days. Framed art ships in 7-14 business days.
Shipping Methods
We ship orders using third-party carriers. 8x10" and 11x14" unframed prints usually ship via USPS. Framed art ships via UPS and FedEx Ground
Shipping is free on all orders.
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping times vary by location and carrier and are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. All orders are shipped from Springville, Utah 84663
Bulk or Freight Orders
Some large or heavy orders may ship via freight. Freight deliveries may require special coordination, and customers are responsible for ensuring proper access for delivery vehicles.
Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist.
For lost shipments, we will work with the carrier to investigate.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon shipment, to the extent permitted by law.
